Providing Hope And Inspiration

Our 2023 Annual BBQ Benefit Fundraiser is a celebration of the  incredible work we have done as a community to bring dignity and  hope to youth in foster care, and to raise funds to ensure this  important work continues. Since 2013, we have distributed over 200,000 Comfort Cases and Comfort XL duffel bags to children in all  50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom.

With 700 children entering foster care every day, and over 430,000 currently in care, we must keep going. Thank you for joining our mission to eliminate trash bags from the system. You are truly making a difference by letting these children know that they matter.

The 2023 Scott Isaacson Scholarship

In 2015, Comfort Cases began awarding scholarships to support youth in foster care attending college or trade school. For the 2022-2023 school year, gracious supporters of the Comfort Cases Scholarship Program have sponsored funding for two (2) scholarships. Each scholarship will provide tuition assistance to two (2) graduating high school seniors enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program or trade school program in the Fall of 2023.

According to the most recent research, less than 3% of youth in foster care graduate from college. The Comfort Cases community is committed to changing that number. Education opens doors to better opportunities, and every child deserves the chance for a bright future.

This year, we present this scholarship is in honor of Scott Isaacson, the Account Manager at Integrity Staffing who was tragically lost in 2019 due to workplace violence in Phoenix. Scott and his husband Kevin were huge advocates of foster care programs and proudly adopted their son from a foster program in Reno NV. Integrity Staffing has been a great supporter and partner of Comfort Cases for years.

Deadline to apply is May 1, 2023.
